Swing glidder

Great piece, easy to put together. Delivered on time and packaged well. All parts were identified in the package delivered. It looks great in my yard and everyone who comes by wants to spend time swinging and relaxing.

Nice swing but needs better instructions with larger pictures.

The swing came well packaged with all the parts and hardware. I put my own sealer on the wood, which was rather time consuming, but got it done. You need really good eyesight to see the pictures in the instructions. It is not overly complicated but could use improvement (the instructions). First off, like any type of structure, its best to put it on level ground. Being on sloping ground can throw a lot of things off. So, you start off with the top frame and attach the four leg posts. Then you attach the long side leg supports. They tell you where they go. Then, you put the swing seat assembly together. Step 10 is where things go haywire. They want you to attach the seat back tenons to the arm assemblies at your preferred comfort angle. In the next step, #11, they want you to attach the swing hangers to the previous discussed arm assemblies. Depending on the angle of the arm assemblies you established in step 10, the swing hangers may not fit the arm assembly. I had to pull the screws from step 10 so I could do step 11 and then revert back to step 10. Finally, before attaching the upper remaining corner leg supports, the swing legs should be measured diagonally to make sure the swing is square. In short, the swing assembles better if it is level and square. Finally, I chipped out a few chunks of wood adjusting screw locations. I also have several splits in the seat boards, but that is cedar. I'm happy with the swing, just not happy with the instructions. One star removed for instructions and small pictures.

I like my glider. It was challenging to assemble because the holes were pre drilled in the wrong spot on a couple of the pieces of wood

Great product. Assembly directions were a little difficult to follow, but went together in a few hours. It might be a good idea to create a video to assist with assembly. Overall, we couldn't be happier with our new swing.
