Where is my order confirmation?
If you provided a email address upon ordering, you will receive an order confirmation email. We suggest that you check your spam/junk folder if you cannot find your order confirmation email. However, if it’s not in there could it be that your email address has been typed incorrectly? You can contact our customer service to resolve this issue.
If you opted in for SMS, you will receive a text message with your order confirmation.

When will my product arrive?
You will find an Estimated Delivery Date on the product page. It is also in your order confirmation email. Can I schedule my delivery for when I'll be there(such as a cabin)? Absolutely, just email or call us and we will work to have your product delivered when it is convenient for you. Any questions regarding delivery, please email or call us.

How difficult is it to assemble your furniture?
Even the most handy person has been frustrated at some point putting furniture together. We can proudly say all of our furniture comes with easy to understand instructions and can be assembled with basic common tools. If you run into any problems, please contact us and we will assist you right away.

What is the warranty on your furniture?
Manufacturer warranty is one year. However, our furniture is built to last and meant to be passed from generation to generation. In some cases, we have people who have ordered a new product after 20 or 25 years. They order a new one because they loved their original one so much.

Our secured online ordering system charges the credit card as soon as you place the order.

We collect 6.5% sales tax on all orders shipped to Minnesota.

Yes, our rustic log beds and reclaimed wood beds are built to use standard size mattresses.

My product arrived damaged. What should I do?
Products damaged during shipping rarely happens. If your product is damaged upon arrival, contact us immediately. We will work with you to get replacement parts or a whole product replacement to you asap.
